The core responsibilities of this role include: Loading and unloading; lifting, standing, bending; case picking; moving product with powered equipment; material handling; order picking; assist Supervisor with responsibilities

Position: Group Coordinator Lead - High Lift Operator

Shift: Second Shift

Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: $21.75 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a electric pallet jack; stand up reach forklift; sit-down forklift previous case picking experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using an RF Scanner; previous experience using a stand up forklift; continuous physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Loading/Unloading product, Lots of lifting, standing, bending and using Stand Up Reach Forklift, Material Handler, Loader/Unloader, Order Picking,A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating material handling equipment is Preferred. Experience operating the Stand Up Reach truck is preferred.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting.

Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group.

Trains new associates in identified work group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Report quality variances.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
