We are hiring a Group Controller (m/f/d) to elevate financial transparency, planning quality, and performance steering across the Group.
This role sits at the center of Finance, working closely with country entities, leadership, and external partners to ensure a scalable, data-driven finance setup.
You will drive core processes including group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost transparency, while supporting selected accounting and governance topics
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve Group-wide reporting, delivering clear, decision-relevant financial insights
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles across entities with strong alignment and execution discipline
Analyze financial performance and key drivers; translate insights into actionable recommendations for management
Increase cost transparency and comparability across entities by implementing consistent structures and steering logic
Support closing, consolidation, and governance topics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage and coordinate external accounting providers, tax advisors, and auditors
Contribute to building a scalable finance setup, including processes, controls, and standards
Your Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Proven experience in Group or Financial Controlling, ideally in an international, multi-entity environment
Strong capabilities in planning, reporting, and financial analysis
Solid understanding of accounting, consolidation, and finance governance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English and German
