About the position

We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Financial Controlling team. This is a key role in our finance organization, offering the opportunity to work with group reporting, consolidation, IFRS compliance, and the development of finance processes across the Group. You will collaborate closely with both Group Accounting and other finance stakeholders, helping to ensure high-quality reporting and supporting the continuous evolution of our finance function.

As a Group Controller, you will:

  • Take ownership of monthly closing, group consolidation, and segment reporting together with the Group Accounting team
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Prepare tax-related reconciliations and documentation, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Transfer Pricing documentation, and Pillar Two reporting requirements
  • Maintain and further develop the Group's reporting principles and accounting manual
  • Drive improvements in group accounting, consolidation, and reporting processes
  • Support internal and external audit processes and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization

Personal and experience Requirements

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, including group accounting and consolidation
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with consolidation systems, such as HFM
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or simialr is considered an advantage
  • Fluent communication skills in both Finnish and English, written and spoken

Terms of Employment:

  • This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, but we can be flexible depending on your availability.
  • This position is based in Espoo, and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
  • The selected person will undergo a drug test which is a prerequisite for the establishment of an employment relationship.
