Your tasks:

  • Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual controlling analyses, decision recommendations, reports and evaluations
  • Continuous further development of the controlling instruments on the basis of own recommendations
  • Maintenance and further development of NORMA Controlling instruments (especially Power BI)
  • Improving the monthly management reporting processes of the regions and the Group, especially in terms of standardisation, efficiency and transparency
  • Further development, standardisation and cross-functional harmonisation of the budget process (Sales, Supply Chain, Treasury, Purchasing, HR etc.)
  • Interface function to controlling-relevant elements of the BI and ERP systems of NORMA Group
  • Close cooperation with Group Accounting to reconcile basic data from Targetik (IFRS chart of accounts, statistical account set-up) and ad-hoc adjustments to forecast and budget
  • Development of or participation in the development of Group guidelines for the area of controlling, key figure systems, cost accounting, profitability analysis, calculation guidelines, transfer prices and assumption of responsibility for the respective implementation

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration in the field of finance and controlling
  • Professional experience (at least 2-3 years) in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of operational controlling, e.g. through work as a plant controller, or Corporate Controlling
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as high result orientation
  • Analytical way of thinking and high ability to work in a team
  • Experience with and affinity for IT interfaces (proficient in Microsoft D365 and/or Targetik, BI tools, ERP systems as well as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English
