Who you are

You are an experienced Total Rewards professional with strong commercial acumen and the confidence to operate in complex and fast-moving contexts. You bring credibility when working with senior stakeholders and are able to balance business needs, cost impact, internal equity, governance and long-term sustainability.

You are analytical, structured, and able to translate data and complex reward topics into clear insights and practical recommendations. You communicate with clarity, influence with confidence and can work independently on both strategic and hands-on topics.

You bring broad Total Rewards expertise, with strong reward judgement and demonstrated experience in M&A, due diligence, integration, and transformation environments.

This role will be reporting to: Group Total Rewards Team Manager

Your responsibilities

Initiate and lead the continuous development of Ingka’s Total Rewards Framework in partnership with key stakeholders across Ingka. Focus on mergers, acquisitions, and transformation agendas connected to businesses acquired by Ingka Investments. Provide expert Total Rewards guidance to secure competitive, cost-efficient, compliant, and sustainable reward solutions that support the attraction and retention of key talent.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous development of Ingka's Total Reward strategy and framework content and approaches.
  • Act as the key Total Rewards advisor to Ingka Investments, providing expert guidance, resolving complex matters, and building organisational capability.
  • Partner with management teams and Boards of acquired companies throughout the M&A lifecycle - from due diligence and onboarding to integration and ongoing operations - ensuring competitive total rewards, aligned with Ingka’s remuneration philosophy and governance
  • Translate reward insights, market practice and cost implications into clear recommendations for business and investment decisions.
  • Lead and/or contribute to selected development topics to improve Total Rewards processes, digital tools, and ways of working.
