The Group Client Concierge Officer ensures exceptional client satisfaction post-transaction by overseeing all client interactions and service delivery across all 3 teams. You will utilize the client onboarding playbook to seamlessly onboard new clients after our services are rendered in 1, 2 or all 3 channels, protect client retention by managing workflow, and address service-related inquiries promptly and to the highest professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients using the client onboarding playbook within our CRM
• Ensure timely fulfillment of post-transaction service inquiries and tasks asked by clients
• Protect client retention by ensuring all workflow tasks are completed to a high standard with a high level of care and passion for the clients journey
• Handle all ad-hoc service-related inquiries, received via the Ramsey Portal or Client Concierge inbox
• Onboard clients to the Ramsey Client Portal and provide personal client walkthroughs of our app and how it works
• Manage service ticket inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill service requests
• Monitor and respond to external client emails related to post-sale items
• Identify additional revenue/service opportunities and direct clients to the appropriate team
• Maintain proactive, positive client relationships
• Conduct administrative tasks for ongoing service customers, including scheduling review meetings and updating credit card details
• Manage and answer overflow inbound calls, referring missed calls to the appropriate salesperson

Qualifications:

• Experience in a professional customer service role in a high-demand environment
• Experience in lending, fiance, real estate sales or property investment is highly valuable
• Exceptional, high-level communication and interpersonal skills
• Be a master of professional telephone etiquette
• Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to excel independently and collaboratively
• Have high attention to detail and a client-centric approach
• Tertiary Education in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
