Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Global Manufacturing & Production Leader

The organisation is embarking on a large-scale, executive-driven transformation, modernising its enterprise technology, digital operations, and AI capabilities across the full value chain, from R&D and manufacturing to supply chain, automation, and enterprise systems.


The Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as the strategic architect and executive leader for the company's next generation of technology innovation.
This role will shape and execute the global tech roadmap, lead end-to-end digital transformation, and accelerate AI adoption across a highly scaled industrial ecosystem.

The CTO will work directly with the Chairman, Board leadership, and regional CEOs across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Technology Leadership

• Lead global technology strategy across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise systems.

• Modernise IT architecture and elevate standards across all business units.

AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Drive large-scale deployment of AI technologies, including process optimisation, predictive analytics, automation, factory intelligence, and next-gen manufacturing innovation.

• Champion digital innovation initiatives across supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

Global Leadership & Change Management

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing regional technology teams.

• Partner with senior executives and global brand clients on strategic digital capability building.

• Serve as a visible ambassador of the company's technology and innovation agenda.

Candidate Profile
Background & Experience

• Proven track record in enterprise technology leadership, digital transformation, or Group/Corporate IT leadership in global, complex organizations

• Experience leading AI implementation, automation, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Exposure to multinational environments (US / Europe strongly preferred).

Education

• Top-tier academic background preferred.

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related fields

Skills & Attributes

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on capability to drive transformation across multiple countries.

• Ability to influence senior leadership and operate at the Board level.

• Fluent / business English; Conversational Mandarin required.

• Ability to work in Hong Kong / China.
