Hiring Position Group Chief Marketing ( Open to Thai and non-Thai candidates)

Working Location Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition: On-Site/Hybrid

Pay Rate: THB 300K to THB 400K

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Extensive background in the Entertainment Industry field

Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the group
• Plan and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
• Develop, implement, and oversee all marketing and advertising campaigns and related initiatives
• Manage all marketing operations, assess existing initiatives, and devise new strategies to enhance revenue generation
• Budget planning and management for the effective execution of marketing strategies
• Increase sales revenue through effective marketing techniques including market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations
• Coordinate with corporate sales, marketing, and public relations teams to align objectives
• Oversee sales management, new business development, product development, distribution, and customer service
• Establish and manage a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals
• Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor positioning
• Ensure the organization's message is effectively distributed across channels and targeted audiences to meet sales objectives
• Foster growth and development of the in-house PR and marketing team
