The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise-wide AI ambition,strategyand roadmap to deliver meaningful business value. The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Skyoperates,manages key external AIpartnershipsand ensures alignment with Comcast and NBCU.
AsAIProductAnalystyour work will be focussedwithin Corporate Functions, supporting definition of the AI ambition across Finance, Procurement, People and Spaces, Legal and other enabling functions. You will support function leaders toidentifyAI opportunities, evaluate solutions, drive adoption from pilots through to scaled implementation and tangible business impact.

Whatyou’lldo
Partner with Corporate Functions stakeholders toidentifybusiness challenges, map processes, and prioritise high-value AI opportunitiesthrough the facilitation of discovery workshops
Gather and translate business requirements, document userneedsandeffectively manage backlogs in your functional area
Assess and recommend AI solutions, leading vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial assessmentsensuring capabilities align to business requirements
Design, deliver, and measure AI pilotprogrammes, defining success criteria and evaluating business impact
Partner with technology teams on integration and roll-out of off-the-shelf solutions and the design and build of custom AI solutions where relevant
Drive adoption and change management, working with functional teams to embed AI solutions into ways of working
Monitor solution performance post-deployment andidentifyopportunities for optimisation and expansion
Support portfolio tracking, governance processes, and reporting on progress and value realisation
Whatyou’llbring
AI advocate with a relentlessly curious, experimental mindset, constantly exploring emerging AI tools and technologies to understand practical applications in corporate environments
Experience in business analysis, process improvement,operationsor management consulting roles with the ability to manage complex processes and design improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable tacklingambiguityand using data to drive decisions.
Skilled in qualitative research and quantitative analysis, using visualisation tools such as Excel and Tableau to generate insights.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present findings,insightsand actionable recommendations clearly, influencing and engaging your stakeholders.
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives to completion
Experience working with corporate function operations (e.g., Finance, Legal, Procurement, People/HR, or similar) with ability to quickly build domain knowledge
