Our brands Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells are available across most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of Asia Pacific. With a revenue of 650 million euros, we operate in over 40 markets, with headquarters in Stockholm and offices in fourteen countries around the world.

About the role

As Group Accounting & Reporting Manager, you play a key role in ensuring high quality and transparency in the financial reporting within Vitamin Well Group – with a direct impact on how we develop our financial structure in line with the Group’s growth.

You are responsible for group accounting and drive both internal and external reporting, including the annual report. The role comes with clear ownership of delivery and quality, ensuring reliable and efficient reporting across the Group.

The role also includes a clear mandate to develop and improve how we work with group accounting and reporting, with a focus on creating a more scalable and efficient structure over time.

In close collaboration with subsidiaries, management and external auditors, you create alignment and clarity in reporting, while further developing governance and ways of working in line with the company’s continued development.

Your responsibilities
  • Own and develop group accounting, with full responsibility for quality and IFRS compliance

  • Lead the Group’s external financial reporting, including the annual report

  • Drive an efficient and reliable reporting process through coordination of subsidiaries and clear guidance on accounting principles

  • Develop and strengthen Group governance, including accounting principles and the accounting manual

  • Drive the development of systems, processes and internal controls to enable scalable financial reporting

  • Drive the dialogue with external auditors and ensure an efficient audit process

  • Contribute financial insights and act as a strategic partner to the business

The role reports to the Head of Group Finance and is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with solid experience in group accounting and financial reporting, who is used to working in an environment with high demands on quality, structure and external reporting, where governance and complex accounting matters are a natural part of the day-to-day. You likely have experience from an international environment with high growth and solid reporting requirements.

You are confident in IFRS and have experience working with complex accounting matters in an international context, ideally with a background in audit. You thrive in a role where you take ownership, build structure and drive improvements – and deliver in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As a person, you are analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to see both the bigger picture and the details. You collaborate broadly across the organisation and communicate financial matters in a clear and relevant way.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
  • Several years of experience in group accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a listed or otherwise regulated environment

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS

  • Experience in external financial reporting, such as annual and interim reports

  • Experience in developing structure, processes and ways of working in a growing organisation

  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, such as D365, AARO or similar

  • Experience from international organisations; knowledge of tax is a plus

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

You will be part of a company with continued strong growth, where you combine structure and quality with an entrepreneurial environment. There is a clear opportunity to influence, improve and build – in a role with both responsibility and mandate.
