Job Description
The Group Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing accounting-related operational processes, documentation management, information workflows and lead initiatives related to digital transformation across the Group.
This position plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and consistency of accounting operations by coordinating documentation flows, improving operational processes, and ensuring accurate information management across multiple departments and entities within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee accounting and finance-related documentation processes across the Group.
Ensure proper control, organization, maintenance, archiving, and accessibility of accounting records and operational documentation.
Support accounting operations through effective coordination of information flows and administrative processes.
Coordinate and monitor documentation related to projects, audits, bids, compliance activities, and operational procedures.
Ensure documentation complies with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and quality procedures.
Develop, maintain, and improve document management processes and operational workflows.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process optimization within accounting and finance support functions.
Lead and support the implementation of digital tools, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and information management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process standardization.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of financial and operational information.
Required Profile
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Information Management, or related field.

Experience in accounting operations, financial administration, document management, or process coordination roles.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Experience with document management systems, ERP platforms, and digital workflow tools.
Knowledge of accounting processes and financial documentation practices.
Familiarity with process improvement and operational optimization methodologies.
Interest or experience in digital transformation and AI-driven operational tools is considered an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
