Your responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Support the Month-End Closing process and contribute to the consolidation of Group Financial Reporting
• General Ledger Management: Ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, including fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with Italian Accounting Standards and support the review of the Accounting Manual
• Process Improvement: Support the standardization of accounting processes across the Group to foster consistent ways of working
Your profile:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing
• Master´s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Solid experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and ideally consolidation tools
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Italian Accounting Standards
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
