Group Accountant
- Automotive Business
Here you get the chance to step into a fast-paced environment with both challenge and reward, where you, together with a skilled team, tackle interesting and complex accounting and reporting matters.
The role offers broad exposure across the global organization, with regular interaction with stakeholders across the Group, management, and external auditors.
You will contribute to the preparation of the Group’s external financial reports, presented in English and Swedish, and ensure that SKF Automotive’s accounting policies are kept updated and properly communicated through written policies/instructions and education sessions for key stakeholders.
You will also contribute with your accounting expertise to projects in different areas. As part of Group Accounting, you will join a global and diverse team of skilled, high-performance professionals who work with passion in an open and positive atmosphere.

You are part of a team with extensive contacts throughout the SKF Automotive organization. In addition, we work cross-functionally with other HQ functions, e.g. Tax, Business Control, Legal, Investor Relations and Sustainability.

Some additional information
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We offer a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to work from home a few days per week while spending the remaining days at the office. As employment is offered on a local contract, this role requires that you live within commuting distance to Gothenburg and can be on-site several days per week.
As we do not offer relocation, work permits, or visa sponsorship for this position, you will need to have the right to work in Sweden and be able to start in Gothenburg without relocation support.
You will report to Helena Ekberg, Head of Group Accounting & Reporting. Located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
