Job Description
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports across all divisions.
Support management reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting.
Coordinate external audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
Maintain strong internal controls and improve financial systems and processes.
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Support treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate with divisional finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
A professional qualification such as CPA (PNG), CA, or CPA Australia (or working towards).
6+ years' accounting experience, including group or multi-entity consolidation exposure.
Solid understanding of IFRS and PNG accounting standards.
Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (Pronto, Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical ability.
A proactive approach to improving systems, controls, and reporting processes.
Excellent problem solving skills with proven ability to work to deadlines
