Groundworker/Multi Skilled Engineer Job Description

The Groundworker/Multi Skilled Engineer is responsible for the construction and maintenance of roads, sidewalks, and other infrastructure. They work on a variety of projects, from small residential repairs to large-scale commercial developments.

Permanent role

Responsibilities of the Groundworker/Multi Skilled Engineer include:

• Laying and levelling concrete, asphalt, and other paving materials
• Building and repairing sidewalks, curbs, and gutters
• Installing drainage systems
• Constructing foundations for buildings and other structures
• Repairing and maintaining roads and other infrastructure

Qualifications for the Groundworker/Multi Skilled Engineer position include:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Groundworker or in a related field
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness
