What you'll be doing:

• Performs manual exterior labor according to daily routine work procedures.
• Responsible for mowing, cutting, trimming, and edging lawns with powered equipment.
• Trim and/or prune trees, hedges and bushes.
• Remove grass or tree trimmings from flower beds or sidewalks.
• Maintain sidewalks by sweeping or blowing exterior areas.
• Clean and maintain storm drains of debris.
• Mulch and maintain shrubs, hedges, and flower beds.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees.
• Notify supervisor of supplies needing to be replenished and or of equipment needing repair.
• Follow all company procedures and standards according to the quality and environmental management system (QMS/EMS).
• Police all areas to ensure cleanliness.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grounds maintenance and/or related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive work tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with supervisor, leads, and other employees.
• Must have experience with weed eating, trimming and edging
