The Grounds keeping & Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the property's exterior common areas. This position is primarily an outdoor role, with the majority of the work performed outside in all weather.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Clean and maintain exterior common areas, including catwalks, walkways, stairwells, breezeways, and sidewalks.

  • Sweep, pressure wash, and remove debris from exterior catwalks and common areas.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, including removing trash, sweeping, and ensuring the area is guest-ready.

  • Clean and maintain barbecue/grill areas, including wiping down equipment, emptying trash, and keeping surrounding areas free of debris.

  • Pick up litter and maintain landscaped grounds to ensure a clean and attractive appearance.

  • Empty and replace trash receptacles throughout the property.

  • Perform routine janitorial duties in exterior common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed.

  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.

  • Assist with seasonal cleanup projects and other property maintenance tasks as assigned.

  • Follow all safety procedures and use equipment and cleaning chemicals properly.

Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
