Job Description

We are looking for summer help keeping up with grounds and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds. This position is a part of the Maintenance Department and will assist in light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the exterior grounds to include lawn care, pulling weeds, spreading mulch and parking areas
• Power wash entrances
• Polish and/or clean outside waste receptacles
• Cleaning of public space windows
• Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance projects
• Assists in light remodeling projects

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Most possess knowledge of basic hand/power tools
• Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
• Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
• Must be dependable and energetic
• Will be required to climb and work off a ladder
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs comfortably. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment.

Working Environment

• Will work both indoors and outdoors

• Candidate must be able to pass a physical through APEX Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
