Position Summary
The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior grounds of all FSCB properties in Farmington, MO. This role ensures landscaping parking areas and walkways remain safe clean and visually appealing throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn Care and Landscaping: Professionalism Initiative Resilience
Maintain lawns across multiple FSCB locations ensuring a clean and consistent appearance.
Plant water and care for seasonal flowers and landscaping.
Trim shrubs hedges and trees to meet FSCB standards.

Resilience when working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Parking Lot and Sidewalk Maintenance: Accountability Service Courage Adaptability
Keep parking areas and sidewalks clear of trash leaves and debris.
Perform snow and ice removal including shoveling and salting to ensure safe access.

Required Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One to two years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
Experience operating zero turn mowers and similar equipment
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Basic horticulture knowledge
Ability to safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Basic computer skills for email and record keeping
