We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Laborer to provide ground maintenance services at a residential community in Colorado Springs. The successful candidate will keep the property clean and well maintained for residents, staff, and visitors.
Grounds MaintenancePick up trash and debris throughout the property.Empty and clean trash receptacles throughout the property, including playgrounds, office facilities, and dog parks/stations.Sweep and blow parking lots, sidewalks, and entries.Pressure washes sidewalks, community buildings, and resident homes.Operate power blowers or use brooms to clear leaves and debris from first-level rooftops, sidewalks, and driveways.Ensure the work site is cleaned up after each task.
QualificationsPrevious groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred but not required.Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.Experience with power blowers or pressure washers is a plus.
