We are currently recruiting for a Groundskeeper at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: Monday to Friday - Fixed Shift, working 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs

Salary: £12.90

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
• Maintain and repair outdoor equipment and structures such as fences, benches, and pathways.
• Ensure grounds are free from litter and debris.
• Carry out seasonal landscaping duties such as leaf clearance and snow removal as required.
• Operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Report any issues or repairs needed to management.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscaping maintenance.
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery and tools safely.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to grounds maintenance.
