If you love working outdoors and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming, join our team as a Groundskeeper and help maintain the beautiful appearance of our hotel year-round.
This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who enjoys physical work, works well independently, and takes pride in creating a great environment for guests and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the season and weather conditions, and may include:
• Keeping hotel exterior areas clean and well-maintained, including sidewalks, courtyards, and outdoor corridors
• Collecting and removing litter and garbage from property grounds
• Assisting with snow and ice removal from walkways and driveways during winter conditions
• Applying salt and grit to outdoor areas to ensure guest and staff safety
• Maintaining safe and attractive entrances and outdoor spaces
• Watering and caring for flower boxes, planters, lawns, trees, and shrubs
• Weeding, pruning, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
• Supporting the team with additional duties as required.

Skills & Experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift, bend, shovel, and perform manual labour throughout the shift
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mindset
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license or international equivalent required
