Job Description

Position Purpose Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  1. Cleaning (sweeping or mopping) of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster area, exterior hallways, laundry rooms, or any other public areas.
  2. Cleaning dog walk areas.
  3. Receives and/or delivers shipments to residences
  4. Assist Residents with transporting personal items such as groceries and luggage as requested.
  5. Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
  6. Backup office personnel by monitoring the area and assist with phone inquiries.
  7. Caring for and maintaining equipment used in the performance of assigned duties
  8. Reporting acts of vandalism, destruction of property and suspicious persons observed within the community to the On Site Manager or other designated supervisor
  9. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  2. Up to one year related experience and/or training
  3. Be able to work independently and in a team environment
