Your Role Includes:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensuring timely, professional responses to maintenance requests
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks (e.g., preparing vacant apartments, simple work orders)
• Managing tools, equipment, and supply inventory
• Following all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ with at least 1 month of relevant experience/training
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to walk the property daily and work outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
• Comfortable with stairs, ladders, and exposure to outdoor/environmental elements
