Compensation: $17.00 - $17.50 / hour

Salary Range $17-$17.50 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard
• Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal
• Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations
• Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members

Our Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred)

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment
• Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment
• Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
