About the Role:

This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of outdoor grounds, parking areas, hardscape, and landscape spaces.

What you'll do:

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
• Remove weeds, leaves, trash, and debris from grounds, walkways, and parking areas.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, UTV, ATV, and small tractors.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting walkways, and leaf removal.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs.
• Perform minor repairs to fences, signs, sidewalks, and outdoor fixtures.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment in safe working condition.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.

What you'll need:

• 2 years’ experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude
• Basic knowledge of typical office software suite
• Maintain a high level of personal integrity and reliability
• Willing to embrace new methodologies, work in a strong team environment, able to work autonomously, and participate in/contribute to building the team through ongoing training
• Perform work in compliance with current codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines
• Ready to respond immediately to emergency situations or concerns
