Compensation

· We’ll pay you an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00.

About the Job

Our Grounds team members are integral to our overall operations. Strong candidates will want to be part of a team, but comfortable working independently as needed. We value the ability to communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and members.

Shift available: 7am to 3pm

You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds.
  • Plant, prune, water, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
  • Operate grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.
  • Inspect grounds regularly and report any hazards or repair needs.
  • Maintain inventory of landscaping tools, supplies, and materials.
  • Notify supervisor of supply needs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be able to read and write and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Willingness to learn and perform minor maintenance.
  • We provide on the job training so if you have experience it is a plus, but it is not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check is required.
