ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of Grounds operations. This role will communicate with the Leadership, Customer Service and On-water teams effectively and efficiently and is responsible for the provision of grounds support to the On-water and Customer Service teams and, the management of stores and logistics.

Key responsibilities will include

• Experienced in managing/supervising diverse teams
• Experience in working in a high paced customer service focused business is desirable
• Drivers Licence and own transport required

Requirements

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

To be successful you will need to have had previous experience in staff supervision, ideally within an operational environment.

In addition to this you will have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and data management software
• Understanding of Rostering Systems & Accounting software
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and be pragmatic when required
• Diligent with compliance activities
• Ability to work well in a busy environment with a positive attitude towards your team and customers
• Have a reliable, flexible, and honest approach to work
• Experienced in managing/supervising diverse teams
• Experience in working in a high paced customer service focused business is desirable
• Drivers Licence and own transport required
