The supervisor manages daily maintenance operations, including groundskeeping, equipment upkeep, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs. They coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, respond to urgent issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Additionally, the role involves supervising maintenance staff and contractors, monitoring work quality, managing supplies and budgets, and contributing to continuous improvements across the park. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of facility functionality and appearance

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
