Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds & Maintenance Officer to support our Operations team. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining the presentation, safety, and functionality of our park environment.

About the Role

As a Grounds & Maintenance Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our park consistently looks its best and operates smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor environments, as well as supporting the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure across the park.

Working closely with the Park Manager and wider team, you’ll help deliver a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. Your work will directly contribute to the overall guest experience, ensuring our facilities are well-presented, compliant, and ready for visitors year-round.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and outdoor areas to a high standard
  • Carry out routine maintenance on park facilities, infrastructure, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain water systems and pool quality where required
  • Assist with landscaping projects and planting to enhance park presentation
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests when needed

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance
  • Experience using gardening equipment and maintaining outdoor environments
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and a proactive approach to health & safety
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A current driver’s licence
