You will be responsible for assisting the area delivery of the Grounds Maintenance function. Working in all weather conditions to support the Services Arboreal Team in all aspects of planning and executing arboriculture work and using suitable equipment and materials to carry out all aspects of grounds maintenance and arboricultural functions.
The normal working week will involve working 7:45am to 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 7:45am – 12:45pm on Friday.

The Person
You must have moderate experience of team management in a grounds maintenance or other relevant field and a working knowledge of plant and equipment and current best practice in grounds maintenance or a similar environment.
You must hold a full driving licence. You must also hold Arboriculture qualifications CS30 and CS31 or be working towards these.
