Certification Requirement
CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator)
If they do not have a current certification, they must be able to obtain one prior to May 20th, 2026 (Palomino park covers the cost of materials and the first attempt at the exam. if employee leaves within one year, it must be paid back).
Specific to Palomino Park
Safety and Security
Checking interior and exterior buildings for any structural integrity issues.
Checking for Glass breakage.
Checking for damage to doors and enclosures.
Checking for safety issues in the PPOA common grounds and fence line.
Appropriate signage.
Repairs as needed.
Upkeep and Repair of Buildings and Common Grounds (included but not limited to)
Pool area within the fence line
Pond
Gazebo
Gatehouse
Clubhouse
Tennis and Pickleball courts
Baseball, football and soccer ball fields.
PPOA streets and sidewalks
Playground/ Sand pit
Volleyball courts
Dog park
Administration
Assist the supervisor with administrative tasks such as gathering information for RFP’s from concept to completion.
Fill in for the supervisor and direct reports.
Responsible for all aspects of Building and Ground Maintenance and upkeep.

Compensation:
$19-$22.00/hour; direct experience highly considered.
Qualifications
Certified Pool Operator required, along with a current valid driver’s license.
