JOB TITLE: Village Grounds Technician I

DIVISION: Village Operations

REPORTS TO: Village Grounds Supervisor and Village Operations Manager

LOCATION: Village

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal/ Part-Time/ Hourly

DEPARTMENT: Village Operations

POSITION:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Village Grounds Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment in our parking lots, village areas, and resort common spaces. This role is essential in ensuring the natural beauty and functionality of the village grounds, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests year-round.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in parking lots, loading zones, and common areas.
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and high-traffic areas to ensure guest safety.
• Conduct guest surveys to gather feedback and enhance the visitor experience.
• Assist with all daily operations of the Village Grounds Department as assigned.
• Support landscaping efforts to preserve and enhance the village's natural beauty.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient ground maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment and basic maintenance tools (preferred).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus.
