Full Time | Salaried Position

Lead the upkeep, presentation and operational reliability of one of our largest and busiest coastal parks, NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park.

What you will do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and grounds function across the property. No two days are the same, you’ll be:

  • Leading maintenance operations and prioritising repairs and requests
  • Running preventative maintenance programs across buildings, infrastructure and equipment
  • Managing contractors, trades and service providers
  • Managing rosters, labour and productivity to meet operational demands
  • Keeping everything from pools and plant equipment to grounds and gardens in top shape
  • Ensuring strong safety, compliance and environmental standards

You’ll work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and the broader leadership team to ensure the park is always guest-ready and running smoothly

What you will bring:

You’re a hands-on leader who:

  • Has experience in maintenance, facilities or trade-based leadership roles
  • Loves solving problems and keeping things running smoothly
  • Is confident managing teams, contractors and competing priorities
  • Understands labour, productivity and operational efficiency
  • Takes pride in presentation, safety and quality standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality, tourism or accommodation, but not essential.
