Your New Role

As a Grounds and Maintenance Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the property, facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard for our guests. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this hands-on role offers a varied mix of maintenance, groundskeeping and operational support duties in a fast-paced tourism environment.

  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the property
  • Maintain gardens, grounds and outdoor areas to a high standard
  • Assist with irrigation, waste management and minor renovation works
  • Apply general plumbing and building knowledge to maintenance tasks
  • Support watercraft operations and related activities as required
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, general maintenance or a similar hands-on role
  • General building, maintenance and basic plumbing knowledge, with trade qualifications highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask, use initiative and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining safe, well-presented grounds and facilities
  • Experience operating groundskeeping equipment and power tools safely; excavator and pool maintenance experience advantageous
  • Current valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
