What You'll Be Doing
Assist with plant operations including cleanup and material handling
Monitor equipment and report issues to maintenance or supervisors
Safely operate tools and machinery as needed
Support loading and unloading of materials and products
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite

Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Strong work ethic and reliability in a team setting
Willingness to learn and take direction
Physical capability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
