Come join our team! Mobius is seeking an Entry Level Analyst. We have an exciting position for an Entry Level Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Ground Test Directorate (DTG). The candidate will provide Analysis and Advisory Services on our Teams Next (TN) Test Support contract. This full-time salaried position serves on-site with the client on Redstone Arsenal, AL. This position requires a candidate who is attentive to detail, can coordinate multiple tasks, and is able to efficiently communicate in a high operations and rapidly changing environment.

Duties of an Entry Level Analyst may include:

  • Develop and maintain Ground Test Directorate (DTG) schedules to include DTG Program Baseline Schedules, DTG Program Proposed Schedules, and Proposed and Baseline Integrated Test Schedules for MDA Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), Distributed, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), and Cyber tests
  • Analyze and identify schedule issues, perform schedule deconfliction across the Ground Test (GT) Program, work to accurately reflect proposed solutions with the customer, and build and present updated schedules to the test community
  • Attend and participate in DTG coordination meetings; present, coordinate and integrate schedules with the customer, as required
  • Provide direct support to the MDA Test Design Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) Working Group to ensure GT Program schedules are accurate

Qualifications

  • Experience with DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution desired
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to accurately communicate schedule information and an ability to efficiently plan and organize work is required
  • Be able to work with team members and subject matter experts across internal and external organizational boundaries, to provide schedule planning and coordination expertise
  • Work in a fast-paced, government-site organization supporting multiple tasks
  • Able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing directly to the customer
  • Experience with Primavera (P6), MS Project (server), Milestones Pro or similar tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of MDA and specifically MDA’s Ground Test Program is desired

Education

  • Bachelor Arts/Bachelor Science in a relevant field; No direct experience required; 5 years relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement

Clearance

  • Active Secret or higher
