Come join our team! Mobius is seeking a Ground Test Analyst. In this role you will directly support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Directorate for Ground Test (MDA/DTG) in all aspects of Missile Defense System (MDS) ground test planning and execution. Mobius provides professional engineering and analysis expertise supporting various government agencies to solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. We are at the leading edge of technology supporting advanced missile defense system testing, engineering, analysis and wargames/exercises. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Duties of a Ground Test Analys may include:

• Support ground test planning and execution for a variety of Missile Defense System (MDS) test events.
• Support the government Mission Director in the planning and coordination of assigned ground test event, to include post-mission activities.
• Ensure planning and execution activities remain on schedule and are responsible for keeping the ground test contractor team on-schedule completing tasks both pre- and post-mission.
• Coordinate with internal MDA cross-functional elements and external stakeholders.
• Develop and present working-level technical briefings as well as executive / senior level briefings.
• Support multiple efforts simultaneously, working independently or with a team.
• Provide input and assists the ground test team to resolve issues arising during test planning, integration, execution, and analysis processes.
• Establish priorities and manage activities in accordance with approved Test issuances (e.g., CONOPS), track test event documentation and lead change management activities throughout the ground test event planning process.
• Develop, submit, and track test observations and lessons learned for assigned events, documents and tracks ground test watch items/issues from discovery to closure and ensures appropriate mitigations are in place.
• May lead weekly Integration Event Test Team (IETT) planning meetings to include building and maintaining distribution lists, calendar invitations, and scheduling appropriate facilities/conference rooms.
• Review/develop end-of-day situation reports and submit all DTG test products to the Missile Defense Agency Data Distribution Center.

Qualifications

• Capable of serving as the lead contractor for a ground test event, directly supporting the ground test Mission Director
• Capable of providing test analyst support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for developmental and operational weapon system programs during developmental and operational test events, particularly in HWIL environments
• Capable of working as a member of a team to assist with solving complex engineering, test planning, integration, execution, and analysis problems
• Able to communicate effectively across multiple internal and external organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing
• Has knowledge of MDS components and system-level topics desired
• Experience with DoD test processes and/or test execution desired

Education

• MA/MS in a relevant field with 10 years of professional experience; A BS/BA with 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirements.

Clearance

• Secret or higher
