Business area Mining is a global, leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for the mining and construction industries. Applications include rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunneling and quarrying.
This role Ground Support Solutions Representative will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Elko.
The GSSR – Ground Support is responsible for leading and executing the Ground Support sales strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability and market share across the assigned region. This role develops and manages customer relationships, identifies and converts new business opportunities, and ensures strong commercial governance (forecasting and pipeline discipline) to achieve agreed revenue targets.
A strong focus is placed on consultative/value-based selling, understanding customers’ operating drivers and translating Sandvik’s product sales into measurable customer value (safety, productivity, cost per meter/ton, reliability and sustainability outcomes).

Location: Elko, NV
Travel Requirements / shift / hours: >60% domestic travel within region.
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 base plus bonus
Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship.
