Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily and preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all ground service equipment including: road and off road vehicles, fuel trucks, hangar equipment, hydraulic jacks and other small engine equipment
  • Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and modifying ground equipment
  • Perform monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance check to include standard oil changes, lubrication work and other technical repairs on all equipment
  • Maintain service logs and records of maintenance on equipment
  • Keep tools and other equipment including work space area clean, organized, and in good working condition
  • Removing, testing, repairing or replacing components of all equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local and company safety policies and procedures
  • Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining of hydraulic servicing units
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
  • Previous automotive experience required (5-plus years)
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have basic office skills (Microsoft Word, office equipment)
  • Highly self-motivated; ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
