
Lead Transportation Coordinator
The Lead Transportation Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, expert logistical support, and accurate, efficient trip coordination for NORA clients. This role requires a strong understanding of NORA’s regions, bases, and coverage areas, as well as the ability to manage complex transportation logistics and resolve escalated issues.
