About the Job: This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s best dressage horse. Your workday will be exciting and hands-on, offering you a chance to get close to elite-level horses.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily care of the horses (no mocking out stables)
• Grooming: Preparing horses for training
• Ensuring the well-being and health of the horse
• Supporting the team wherever needed (incl childcare)

What We Expect:

• You are comfortable handling horses.
• You are reliable, proactive, and eager to grow both professionally and personally.
• You work well in a team and contribute positively to the stable environment.
• You like being around children.

Practical Information:

• Full-time position with 5.5 workdays per week.
• On-site accommodation provided.
• No riding is included in this role.

About Outstanding Stables: Located in Münster, Germany, Outstanding Stables is home to Patrik Kittel and his world-class dressage horses. Our facilities include 28 boxes, indoor and outdoor arenas, a canter track, paddocks, and fields. We pride ourselves on maintaining an exceptional standard of care for our horses.
