Acosta Canada / Mosaic is currently looking for a Grocery Team Lead In this role, you will play a key part in planogram resets, in-store inventory management, stock rotation and replenishment, module assembly, and the cleaning and maintenance of displays, among other tasks.

• Mileage reimbursement (30-30 policy) and paid travel time

• Manage a team of 2–5 merchandisers and complete daily reports
• Use planograms to execute in-store product layouts
• Manage in-store inventory, rotate and replenish shelves, assemble modules, and clean and maintain displays, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Any other related tasks

• Have grocery experience
• Are punctual
• Are comfortable traveling throughout the territory
• Are available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Can lift up to 30 lbs
• Excellent communications skills in French
• Are comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for stocked products
• Have access to a smartphone and a computer with an internet connection
