Job Description

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Assistant Grocery Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and operate the point-of-sale system.

  • Maintain a neat, clean, fresh, and well-merchandised department.

  • Process guest transactions, pack groceries, and handle home delivery/online orders.

  • Ensure the location is clean and orderly, with safety as a top priority.

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate behaviors that align with the company's values and focus on safety.

  • Greet customers, respond to questions, and ensure price accuracy.

  • Prioritize tasks and follow maintenance and housekeeping duties.

  • Operate equipment safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
