What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Assistant Grocery Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide exceptional customer service and operate the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a neat, clean, fresh, and well-merchandised department.
Process guest transactions, pack groceries, and handle home delivery/online orders.
Ensure the location is clean and orderly, with safety as a top priority.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate behaviors that align with the company's values and focus on safety.
Greet customers, respond to questions, and ensure price accuracy.
Prioritize tasks and follow maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
