Develop, monitor and coordinate the grid works programme to ensure project and energisation milestones are achieved.
Ensure equipment lead times, outage windows and construction activities are fully integrated into the project schedule.
Monitor progress against programme milestones, identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
Maintain and update the project risk register for all grid-related activities.
Verify construction schedules and delivery programmes to minimise delays.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager, TSO, EPC Contractor and other key stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Chair regular contractor progress meetings and coordinate technical and programme reviews.
Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and other communications required by the project team and network operators.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate technical submissions and approvals with the relevant network operators and authorities.
Ensure all technical documentation complies with Italian regulations, project specifications and contractual requirements.
Provide technical guidance on TSO processes, specifications and grid connection requirements.
Work closely with internal project teams and external consultants to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Site Management
Oversee all on-site grid works to ensure construction is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments.
Supervise key inspections, testing activities and construction hold points.
Monitor civil, structural, electrical and commissioning works relating to HV and MV infrastructure.
Review contractor performance and support payment milestone verification through progress reporting.
Health, Safety & Quality
Promote a strong safety culture across all grid works activities.
Support the Project HSE Manager by identifying risks, constraints and opportunities to improve safe delivery.
Ensure works comply with project quality standards and contractual requirements.
Review commissioning procedures, switching plans and quality documentation.
Witness commissioning activities, including protection systems, SCADA, Power Park Controllers and other HV/MV systems.
Support the successful achievement of energisation milestones.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain oversight of technical submissions, contractual documentation and compliance records.
Ensure accurate as-built documentation and handover information is produced.
Maintain daily and weekly site records covering progress, issues and actions.
Escalate programme, quality or compliance risks with clear recommendations for resolution.
