Fluent in multiple languages is highly recommended but not required. You’ll need to be self-motivated, organized, and resourceful. Sales Consultants help potential customers see the value in company services and maintain strong relationships to generate sales leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects to demonstrate industry leading features.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Build trusting relationships and help customers complete the sales process.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of sales experience is highly recommended.
• Automotive sales experience must provide previous CSI standing.
• Provide a provable track record.
• Highly driven and self-motivated personality
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
• Steady work history and is committed to growing your career with us.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• A positive and outgoing personality with an expertise in developing relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Possess a valid driver's license and be in good standing.
