We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor at Greenway Ford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued guest. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guest and assess their service needs with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
  • Consult with guest about their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service timelines, costs, and warranty coverage.
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guest to enhance their overall experience.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and services.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
