Job Description

As the Greenville Repairs Center Leader, you will provide vision, leadership, planning, management and development of all resources for the Greenville Repair Shop, including initial site set-up and project management, strategy development, and execution. This individual will provide leadership to implement lean design and principles into the new facility and ensure a smooth transition of existing repair operations in Greenville. This leader will be expected to provide direct leadership for the future service center throughout the planning and construction phases, build out the team to support operations in the facility, and support shop execution in the existing repairs operation throughout the transition as required. This position will report to the Repair Value Stream Leader, and will lead and develop the team to ensure excellent customer service with a focus on SQDC execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the overall operations and manufacturing strategy, aligning short- and long-term objectives with business goals to drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Culture (SQDCC).
  • Provide executive leadership for manufacturing operations, resource planning, capacity management, and value stream execution to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost competitiveness.
  • Drive integrated business planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), ensuring resources and operational capabilities are aligned with customer and business requirements.
  • Foster a safety-first culture by embedding rigorous safety standards, proactive risk management practices, and compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and operational requirements.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes, systems, and controls consistently deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations, operational standards, and certification requirements.
  • Provide financial leadership for operations by managing budgets, optimizing costs, improving asset utilization, and delivering productivity gains while maintaining quality and service performance.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, services, and commercial teams to drive alignment, accelerate problem-solving, and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote standardization, best-practice sharing, and consistent execution across the organization, ensuring operational discipline, effective communication, and alignment with the Vernova Way and strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or management in a multicultural environment.
  • Relevant supply chain leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of cost drivers and market conditions; understanding of technical specifications, product performance requirements, logistics processes and end-user expectations.
  • Experience working with multi-product teams.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $224,000 and $336,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
