Our Branch
Infrastructure Services Group (ISG) delivers Council’s asset management, planning, design, construction, maintenance and transport operations. Within ISG, Public Space Operations maintains Brisbane’s parks, roadside corridors and community spaces. Our teams are inclusive, supportive and community-focused, proud of the real, visible difference they make across the city.
The Role
As a Greenspace Team Member, you’ll be part of a hands‑on crew responsible for maintaining and developing Brisbane’s parks and roadside landscapes. This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship and values being part of a supportive operational team.
You’ll work closely with your Team Leader to deliver a variety of horticultural, vegetation management and general maintenance activities that keep Brisbane’s greenspaces healthy, safe and great to use. You’ll also receive on‑the‑job training to grow your skills in horticulture, machinery operation, and safe chemical application.
