We are launching a dedicated Summer Student cohort for 2026 — a group of motivated, curious, and hardworking individuals who will onboard together, learn together, and grow together. This structured program is designed to give you a real introduction to greenhouse production and horticulture, with the support and mentorship you need to succeed from day one.

Rainbow started in 1985 as a family-led greenhouse guided by the Vander Waal's commitment to quality, relationships, and long-term growth. We produce ornamental annuals, perennials, tropical foliage, indoor flowering plants, vegetable starters, and cut flowers on a commercial scale, using advanced systems across every stage of production.
